Can I reserve only 1 Miramar?+
Yes. You can inquire about hosting at 1 Miramar, the Estate House, without booking the other homes. Share your event plans with us so we can confirm suitability, availability, and arrangements.
What does a compound buyout include?+
A full buyout brings together all five homes: The Estate House, The Beach House, The Palms Villa, Rincon Villa, and Mavericks Villa. We’ll confirm access, the event layout, and the full scope of your booking directly.
How many people can attend an event?+
Event guest counts depend on the occasion and agreed arrangements. Tell us your estimated attendance when you inquire. Published home capacities refer to overnight guests, not event attendance.
Should I book an event through the stay checkout?+
Please contact us first for any wedding or event. The standard stay checkout books accommodation; event arrangements and a full compound buyout need to be coordinated with your host.
